HOW IT WORKS
First of all, we come to your address to collect your goods. We’ll help you to load them into a secure container (all this is totally free, no hourly charges or hidden fees!). You seal the container with a padlock, only you hold the key.
Then you can put your feet up! You don’t need to come back with us to the store. We do all the paperwork online and in advance, so it’s plain sailing thereafter. The goods are stored in one of our high-security warehouses (with CCTV and remote 24-hour monitoring).
If you want access to your goods in the middle of your stay, just contact us two business days in advance. We’ll make them available to you in one of our local stores (for just £25).
When you want your goods back, you have the option of having everything delivered for free to one of our stores, or to your door (though this option is chargeable). Couldn’t be easier!
