Our FREE, CONTACTLESS collection service will help you to safely store your goods during the COVID-19 pandemic, and without you leaving your home.

How it works

First of all, we come to your address and collect your goods (for free). We open the van and you'll have up to an hour to load your stuff, so there's no contact with the driver - it's risk-free! Then you can put your feet up! You don’t need to come back with us to the store.

We do almost all the paperwork online and in advance, so it’s plain sailing thereafter. The goods are stored in one of our high-security warehouses (with motion sensors, vibration sensors, CCTV, remote 24-hour monitoring, connections to police, fire alarms, and so on).

If you want access to your goods in the middle of your stay, just contact us a couple of business days in advance. We’ll make them available to you in one of our local stores. There’s a small charge for this (from only £25). When you want your goods back, you have the option of having everything delivered for free to one of our stores, or to your door (though this option is chargeable). Couldn’t be easier!
